Supported. Strengthened. Upheld.
Services & Pricing
At Mamma’s Manna, care is built around the belief that every mother deserves steady, informed, and compassionate support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Services are offered as individual packages with clear pricing listed under each option below. Care can be tailored to your season and needs, allowing you to choose the level of support that fits your family best.

Community Care Availability
I believe birth support should remain accessible for families navigating difficult or complex circumstances. A limited number of Birth Doula Support spots may be offered at reduced or no cost for those facing significant life, financial, or support challenges.
This may include military families, teen moms, or others navigating unexpected or difficult seasons. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please reach out — I am always open to a conversation about what support may be possible.

Labor & Birth
Hands-On Labor Support
Birth is sacred work. It is physical, emotional, and deeply personal — and you deserve steady, informed support as you walk through it.

When you join Mamma’s Manna, you are not simply hiring someone to attend your birth. You are choosing relationship-centered care, thoughtful preparation, and calm presence from pregnancy through postpartum. My role is to help you approach birth with clarity, peace, and confidence in the decisions you make for yourself and your baby.

We meet over eight intentional sessions with you and your birth support team to prepare thoroughly and thoughtfully for your unique birth.

There is no single “right” way to give birth. My desire is that you approach your birth feeling prepared, informed, and deeply supported.

For families who desire it, I am also honored to incorporate prayer and faith-centered encouragement into our time together. And for those who prefer a different tone, my care remains steady, respectful, and evidence-based.

You birth the way you choose.
I walk beside you — to support, strengthen, and uphold you through the journey.

Guided Prenatal Journey & Preparation
Grounded Pregnancy Support
Sometimes the greatest need during pregnancy isn’t birth support — it’s having someone consistently beside you before labor ever begins.

This package is designed for families who want deeper prenatal guidance, ongoing encouragement, and practical support throughout pregnancy — especially during seasons that feel overwhelming, medically complex, or simply lonely.

Whether you are navigating a high-risk pregnancy, balancing crazy schedules, or just wanting additional support during this season, my role is to help you feel informed, cared for, and never alone.

Price: $1,500 stand-alone
Added to Birth Doula Support: $750
